3. Scheduling

Projects requiring licensed specialists, permits, engineering, or structural work may be declined or referred to qualified professionals.

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship.

If an issue arises due to our workmanship, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Customer misuse

Improper maintenance

Acts of nature

Manufacturer defects

Customer-supplied materials

Existing hidden conditions not visible before work began
